Academic Life
At Redhill High School, our Sixth Form represents the pinnacle of academic and personal development. We offer an exceptional A-level programme designed to challenge, inspire, and prepare students for the next stage of their journey — whether that’s university, apprenticeships, or the world of work.
Students benefit from small class sizes, expert teaching, and individualised timetables that allow each learner to pursue their strengths and aspirations. Our curriculum includes a wide range of subjects — from the sciences and humanities to business, the arts, and physical education — with the flexibility to study additional options through our strategic partnership with Pembrokeshire College, giving access to specialist facilities and enrichment opportunities.
Examination outcomes are consistently outstanding. In recent years, Redhill students have achieved record-breaking A-level results, with a large proportion securing A–B grades* and progressing to leading universities across the UK. Estyn has recognised the school’s Sixth Form as “outstanding”, commending our students’ independence, motivation, and the calm, purposeful atmosphere that defines our learning environment.
Beyond the classroom, Sixth Formers play an active role in the wider school community, gaining leadership experience, supporting younger pupils, and taking part in a rich programme of enrichment and pastoral activities. Our supportive team ensures every student is guided towards their next steps with confidence and clarity.
Redhill Sixth Form is not just a place to study — it’s a place to thrive, achieve, and prepare for a bright future.
