Who We Are

Redhill High School is a vibrant, independent school in the heart of Pembrokeshire, providing an outstanding education for pupils aged 11 to 18. We combine academic excellence with exceptional pastoral care, nurturing every student to reach their full potential in a supportive, family-like environment.

Our ethos is built on high expectations, respect, and personal responsibility, encouraging every learner to aim high, think independently, and contribute positively to their community. With small class sizes and dedicated teachers, we deliver a personalised education that fosters confidence, curiosity, and resilience.

Rated “outstanding” by Estyn, Redhill has earned a strong reputation for academic excellence, exemplary behaviour, and a warm, inclusive culture. Beyond the classroom, our students engage in sport, the arts, and leadership opportunities that help them grow as well-rounded individuals.

Our History and Ownership

Founded in 2018, Redhill High School was established to provide an alternative, high-quality independent education within Pembrokeshire — one that balances academic ambition with character development and care. From its early beginnings, the school has grown steadily while maintaining its close-knit, family ethos.

A new science laboratory was added in 2019, followed by a state-of-the-art four classroom extension in 2025. This includes another science lab and a large IT suite. The school runs five minibuses as part of our extensive transport provision across the region.

Redhill remains an independent, privately owned school, led by a dedicated leadership team and governed with a strong sense of community purpose. Its continuing success reflects a clear vision: to offer an exceptional education rooted in values, integrity, and opportunity for every student.
